Since Nino was five (5), and in 2017 through 2024, the Baratta Family Foundation was fractured by a successful attack and disruption of the Father and Son relationship and bond; something to which the Baratta Family Foundation hold’s sacred.

Although it is well known and documented that, for over ten (10) years, Nino’s Father never stopped fighting to reverse this attack and injustice on the Father and Son bond, in February and March of 2024, the tables of justice have now turned.

Today, the Baratta Family Foundation has some of the very best professionals employed to assist and methodically rectify damages caused upon the Baratta Family Foundation and its Members. As we will leave the professionals to handle the past, Nino’s Father is readying the future with the knowledge that the Father and Son bond Nino once enjoyed with his Father is permanently being reestablished – BETTER, STRONGER and CLOSER than EVER!

As we next proceed to the clean-up phase of this process, our focus in now only Nino, his relationship with his Father and Family and his continued overall growth into the future.

We thank everyone who has voluntarily contacted The Baratta Family Foundation, its subsidiaries and associates and contributed the wealth of information now compiled.  We are honored to have your unsolicited support while acknowledging the devastation caused to children by intentionally keeping a child from a loving and devoted parent and the many things they will never be able to make-up due to such egregiousness.  With response:  Wait and see what Nino and his Father are going to do!

With Nino soon in the “driver’s seat” he can take-over his active role at The Baratta Family Foundation and continue in the direction he sees best fit.  Although the Father and Son bond was briefly fractured; We Cannot be Broken!
